In 2023 we produced nine different kinds of extra virgin biological olive oil:
Libeccio – intense flavour
Green flavoured oil with hints of fresh grass and artichoke, pleasant sensations of spicy and bitter, balanced. Recommended with salads, crudités, grilled vegetables, legumes and soups.
Maestrale – medium flavour
Medium intensity flavour, strong and balanced sensations of bitter and spicy. Green notes of fresh grass and artichoke are perceived on tasting. It can be combined with all dishes.
Scirocco – light flavour
Ripe flavoured oil, accompanied by delicate notes of bitter and spicy. While tasting, almond hints alternate with sensations of grass, artichoke, in a balance of sensations that make it suitable to match important but delicate dishes, such as fish or white meats.
